Kristin McAtee
Senior Pastor
Kristin joined the ministry staff of First Baptist in January 2025. She has served in several churches in a variety of ministry roles, most recently as Associate Pastor of Spring Creek Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. Her ministry passions have included young adult ministry, children's ministry, music ministry, ministry with refugees and internationals, and community ministry and networking. Kristin is excited to once again serve in a downtown church and looks forward to being a part of this vibrant community.
Kristin received her bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach and her master's degree from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. She met her husband, Brian, while they both served as ministers at First Baptist Church of Oklahoma City. They are excited to explore the walking and biking trails around the city, and to attend local theater. Their daughter, Danielle, is currently spending an exciting semester in the Disney College Program. Sophie, the family dog, is enjoying Columbia and looks forward to lots of good treats!
