Bob Russell
Bob was a former Associate Pastor at FBC, who retired in December, 2001. Since retiring, Bob has held interim pastorates in Iowa and Illinois, and began serving as interim at FBC in November, 2010. He and his wife, Marilyn, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They have two adult children, Rebekah in Livonia, Michigan, and John in Springfield, Missouri.
Bob received the B.A. degree from Baylor in 1961, the B.D. degree from Southeastern Seminary in 1965, and the MEd degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1974. He has done continuing education at Princeton Seminary, attending their summer institute for 35 years and four summers at the Presbyterian School of Christian Education in Richmond, Virginia.
