Wisdom for Pandemic Living
Living through a pandemic is hard. We haven’t done this before, and we don’t know how long it’s going to go on. At First Baptist, we have a number of helping professionals in our congregation. In the Wisdom for Pandemic Living series, they sat down to share with us helpful tools ranging from emotion regulation, gratitude practices, communication skills, and storytelling.
